O’Connor Public Relations Associates’ President Maureen O’Connor founded the firm in 1998 after gaining significant public relations and political experience as a communications director and press officer for the New York State Senate. In Maryland, Maureen excelled in the political arena, managing State Senator Paula Hollinger’s successful re-election campaign. In 1994 through 1998, Maureen oversaw all public relations and healthcare marketing for Doctors Health System.
As founder and President of O’Connor Public Relations Associates, Maureen draws on her twenty-plus years of experience to provide comprehensive public relations and grassroots strategic services for a variety of past and present satisfied clients including: The Cardiovascular Health Council of the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, The American Network of Community Options and Resources, The Young Victorian Theatre Company, The MD Coalition for Local Telephone Competition, and AFSCME. In addition, Ms. O’Connor directs all aspects of O’Connor Public Relations Associates.
